python - How do you extract/download XHR/.JS extension data from a website?

Question

I need to extract some data found on this website: https://www.eurocontrol.int/Economics/DailyTrafficVariation-States.html

When I inspect the page there is type XHR with extension .js on it. When I open the file it has all the data I need. I want to use python and selenium or another library to do this. But not sure how to extract this data type and how to download it.
