Download Results Failure in ODK

I built Open data kit aggregate in digital ocean. public IP and domain (http://ncdmyanmar.info) is successfully run and i can see my forms. But I can not download them from open data kit collect application of android phone. I can see form list. when i selected and download. Popup appear as Download Results..your form (ID....)- Failure Please help me
