problem in if loop funtiong in flask heroku

    apple = int(session['t3'])
    concepts1 = "abcd"
    if( int(apple) > 0):
    
        if(int(apple)<70):
            concepts1 = "......"
        if(int(apple)<63):
            concepts1 =  concepts1 + "......"
        if(int(apple) <52):
            concepts1 = concepts1 + "......."
        if(int(apple)<45):
            concepts1 = concepts1 + "........"
        if(int(apple)<35):
            concepts1 = concepts1 + "........"
session['concepts1'] = concepts1    
return redirect(url_for("decide_grades2"))

when the above function is called it is not running the if statements . when i run it locally running properly but when I deploy in Heroku it is not adding any thing to the variable concepts . I have checked that the value of a is greater than 0.But i am not understanding why it is not running .

it is a flask app deployed in heroku please can anyone tell me what is the problem
