java - Drools Workbench:Populating data points on Decision Rule Template

Question

Hi I have been trying POC on drools workbench and have come across the drools decision template. I saw that the decision templates are creating data tables for us to populate data as shown below.

But I wanted to know if there are APIs for injecting this data points via java or some other language so these data points can be saved in database and injected to this rule via java. I have looked at the following documentation.But havent seen anyway of doing this. Is there any APIs that exist or some other way of doing this?
