jquery - Owl Carousel, start with current item

Question

I put an Owl-Carousel on my Concrete5.7 site. It works as a navigation by displaying items of a page-list-block. It is embedded in all concerning pages. It works fine, but after I clicked on an item the carousel reloads and jumps back to the first item.

Now I put an id #current to the current item, but how can it be used to display that item as the start item?
