How to Forward/Redirect Proxy to a Local IP & Port

Question

I want to forward a proxy with a credential, I have bought from the internet to a local IP on my router. like 192.168.1.11:8080 as a proxy that doesn't have any credentials available. I was wondering is it possible though? if it is possible then please help me to find out how it is possible...
