php - Email gets blocked by host when forwarding

Question

I have created a contact form for my website.

the submited forms get send to my host email ([email protected]).

But in my host account i triggered the option to forward emails but it doesnt work because the emails need to come from another emailadress hosted by my hoste ([email protected])

Is there a way how i can fix this in my php code? The mails now come frome random email adresses but can i fix that a hosted email adress sends the submits to my host email ([email protected])
