Jenkins "Reload Configuration from Disk" not working

Question

I am not good at English, so please understand.

My jenkins version is 2.275.

When i set the project-based security in jenkins dashboard > {some job} > config > Properties > Enable project-based security

It's work.

But when i click the Reload Configuration from Disk then Enable project-based security is disabled.

I check the config.xml in the server jobs directory. But There is remain the setting of Enable project-based security.

<com.cloudbees.hudson.plugins.folder.properties.AuthorizationMatrixProperty>
 <inheritanceStrategy class="org.jenkinsci.plugins.matrixauth.inheritance.NonInheritParentStrategy"/>
</com.cloudbees.hudson.plugins.folder.properties.AuthorizationMatrixProperty>

I've checked a lot of things, including file permissions. I couldn't find the clue. I'd appreciate your help.Thank you.

It's simple. I just upgrade Matrix Authorization Strategy plugin.
