centos7 - Installing cpanel on alibaba cloud instance, not showing WHM panel on server ip port

Question

I have followed the following documentation on how to install cpanel on alibaba cloud instance (https://www.alibabacloud.com/blog/how-to-install-cpanel-on-your-alibaba-instance_594402?spm=a2c41.12532032.0.0), my installation goes fine and everything seems perfect, but when i tries to open WHM panel using my server ip (57.57.81.220:2087), the pages keeps loading and then says site takes to long to respond. im new to alibaba cloud instance, any help would be apriciated
