amazon web services - Why does not implement codedeploy

Question

I have a problem reaching the codedeploy step in my codepipeline. The error it shows is:

"The overall deployment failed because too many individual instances failed deployment, too few healthy instances are available for deployment, or some instances in your deployment group are experiencing problems"

1. I have made sure that my instance is marked as healthy within the target group within the balancer
2. The role assigned to the instance has the AWSCodeDeployFullAccess policy associated with it
3. I have made sure that my instance has CodeDeploy agent installed
4. when I see inside the revision details tab, the the event "BeforeBlockTraffic" is marked as error
