google apps script - CLEAR CELL CONTENT IF ANOTHER CELL CONTAINS A SPECIFIC TEXT AND SORT

Question

I have a sheet in which Col A contains a 'list of names' and Col B contains their 'Place' and Col C contains 'True' or 'False'. I would like to clear contents in Col A and Col B if Col C is 'False'. Then I want to sort by removing any empty rows in between. But deleting the entire row for sorting is not possible because I have contents in another Columns. Also I only want to run this script at a specific time of a day.
