crosstab - SQL Cross Tabulation

Question

I would like to transform the list from below to a cross tabulation by the type of column.

Data List

To this Crosstable structure. Left side is Dim (Type) tables Top right is Fact(Type) and x denotes matching Columns on dim to fact tables.

Any thoughts or how to approch this problem in SQL Server would be very much appreciated.
