visual studio code - VSCode Proxy Settings issues - how to debug (try to get working on Windows 10)

Question

How would I log/debug things with VSCode on Windows 10 when I'm trying to get the proxy settings working? Any logs to look at?

Any snapshots of what my:

• Settings - User - Application Proxy settings- Proxy Field, and also in
• settings.json - what fields & format to put in here
