javascript - Unable to find files using relative paths in VS Code while using Node.js

Question

I'm trying to execute a web scraping program in my Node.js application, but the server is outputing the following error:

Message: 'chromedriver.exe' executable needs to be in PATH. Please see https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/chromedriver/home

My path structure is like this:

If I pass the absolute path to the code (C:/path/to/chromedriver.exe) the codes run perfectly, but I would like to make it using relative paths.

What I'm doing wrong?
