java - The POM of my spring boot microservice project won't stop showing parent error

Where the parent won't stop showing an error. I'm doing a microservice with eureka server and clients. This is a client. Any guesses?

I've tried adding the javax dependencies which are needed in java 11, and adding the springcloud version, the project has only a pair of models.
