command line - Oracle 12.1.0.2x64 startmenu shortcuts are prompting UAC

I am installing Oracle 12 on our clients machine.

"%~dp0setup.exe" ORACLE_HOME_NAME=Oracle12102_32 -waitforcompletion -silent -force -noconfig -local -nowait -noconsole -ignoreSysPrereqs -ignorePrereq -responseFile "%~dp0client_install_12.1.0.2_32.rsp"

The installation is happening good but the shortcuts are prompting with UAC.
