python - How Do You Automate Browser Actions In Selenium and Extract Data From Those Actions?

Thank you for looking at my question.

Is it possible to go into a website have it click somewhere and extract the data from the page?

For example, this website: https://www.eurocontrol.int/Economics/DailyTrafficVariation-States.html

It has data I want to populate into an excel file.

What I want to do is have the code click on the most recent grey bar (1/25/21), and once that is clicked a second graph will appear below it. From that second graph I want the code to extract the "% vs 2019 (Daily):" percent from only Denmark.

Is it possible to do this w/Python through Selenium?
