php - APP_URL used duplication in API resource

Question

I'm new in Laravel and Vue. I just copied a project from GitHub, this project uses Laravel + Vue JS. When I tried to run the project it give me this error in the console. During login

POST http://127.0.0.1:8000/employee/127.0.0.1/127.0.0.1/api/user/login 405 (Method Not Allowed)

How can I correct that resource path? I thing I missed something about local configuration, Can somebody give me an idea?
