firefox - use flash player after EoL

Question

for using adobe connect (old version) I needed flash player and it was ok but now I can't use it anymore with this error with firefox and chromium.

I tried the old version of firefox but it doesn't work. I use manjaro Linux. can you please help me with that problem?
