cmd - Error "& was unexpected at this time." when I run Command Prompt in Terminal

Command Propmt Error

Command Prompt throws an error & was unexpected at this time. when I run it in Terminal. If I open Command Prompt from the starting menu, it just flashes on the screen.

I did not run any batch scripts, but I guess there is something wrong with some of them that will be executed automatically when Command Prompt starts working.

I've checked the evironment variables and AutoRun in registry which both seem good.

How to solve it?
