How to manually recycle Persistent Volumes in CodeReady Containers' openshift?

Question

After deleting Persistent Volume Claims in Openshift running on crc 1.17, some persistent volumes failed to be recycled, as shown in the screenshot below.

There are some recycler-for-pv00xx pods, but no for the failed PVs.

I would like to know how to run them manually so I have the PVs available again.
