operating system - One package in my popOS machine is not upgrading and I cant seem to find which package it is

Question

I tried everything described in this post. I did everything OP did and tried every answer, to no avail...

Also, when I run apt upgrade, I get no information at all about which package is not getting upgraded. All I get is this:

Reading package lists...  
Done Building dependency tree        
Reading state information... 
Done Calculating upgrade...  Done 0
Upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 1 not upgraded.

How can I find which package is not getting upgraded?
