php - XAMPP server is not founded

Question

I have downloaded XAMPP server in my pc but its not working even after changing the port. Whenever I go to save the changed port from service and port sitting it shows:

Error:cannot creat file"D:/XAMPP/XAMPP-control.ini"Access is denied

Please somebody help me.
