swift - How to enable the Elevated Dark Mode?

Question

This is just a general question. I was just on the Apple Developer website and it showed 3 different levels of interface, and their corresponding label colors. There was Dark, which was the black, Elevated, which was a dark gray, and then Light obviously. Is there a way to implement that Elevated version of Dark Mode or do I have to continue to use my custom colors?
