how to stream audio VLC from command?

I am trying to stream audio vlc using this command:

cvlc a-mp3-file.mp3 --sout="#transcode{vcodec=none,acodec=mp3,ab=128,channels=2,samplerate=48000}:http{mux=mp3,dst=:8080/}" --sout-keep --loop

but this is the output:

VLC media player 3.0.11 Vetinari (revision 3.0.11-0-gdc0c5ced72)
Segmentation fault
