mysql - Why can't I create a relationship?

Im trying to store which user is in which group, so I have a table with all my users and a table with all groups. Now I'm trying to create a relationship between the name of a group (column name in table groups) and the group a user is in. (column group in table accounts) I made both 'name' and 'group' unique and then i added an index for both of them. When I try to create the relationship, I get this error though:

Error: FOREIGN KEY relationship could not be added! #1005 - Can't create table 'desplinterrekenen' . 'accounts' (errno: 150 "Foreign key constraint is incorrectly formed")

enter image description here

Im using PhpMyAdmin to do this.

What do I do to fix the error and create the relationship?
