cloudfoundry uaa - Cloud Foundry ensure the communication between concourse service and deployed container

Question

We need to run our integration tests against a running container on cloud foundry. The problem is that the deployed container can not be reached from the CF concourse service. There is only documentation for container-to-container communication where networks-policies has to be created between only APPS.

Is there any way to anable the communication between my CI (Concourse CF service) and the deployed container over TCP protocol.
