unity3d - Do I Need To Install Google Play Services for Admob - UNITY

Question

In Google Admob Unity SDK info page it says:

To deploy to Android Google Play Services 18.1.0 or higher Target Android API level 14 or higher

Do i need to install Google Play Services to use Admob in Unity or i can use Admob without Google Play Services in Unity?

Also i can't find Google Play Services; is it the same with Google Play Game Services?
