reactjs - React stopped working normally during update

Question

When switching from "react": "^ 16.2.0", "react-dom": "^ 16.2.0" to 17.0.1, all hooks stopped working, and when they clicked on the application links, they began to refresh the page, instead of a quick transition, what could be the problem?

this page might help you migrate from react 16 to 17. React 17

this problem can also be because of the migration while working. I think react-script doesn't work well while migrating. so trying a restart might help as well.
