TL:DR: I'm looking for a way to get the min value in one column based on multiple criteria however I need it to NOT return 0 if one of criterias is not met.
=MINIFS($A$2:$A,$C$2:$C,$F2,$D$2:$D,G$1)

I can't add images yet so I hope my description is enough.
Rows 1 (from column G onwards) are date from a =(TRANSPOSE(SORT(UNIQUE from another sheet which acts as source file (or for this example table A1:D9)
Column F (from row 2 downwards) are list of names from said source file (or for this example table A1:D9)
I need to get Min of one column but also need to not get zeros if one of criteria is not met. meaning if a certain name on column F is not found under the date on Row 1, I need it to NOT give zeros.
I gonna format it in date-and-time format and will use it to count duration so if it returns zeros, the next formula will count from 1899 which will throw it off.
Thanks in advance
