sql - VSTS Project error on publish/release due to "Variable Names Must Be Unique"

Question

Upon publishing VSTS Project onto UAT server, the Post deployment script errors out because variable is declared more than once due to being it one batch.

What settings do I need to amend on VSTS to avoid this error?

Msg 134, Level 15, State 1, Line 22745 The variable name '@ReturnCode' has already been declared. Variable names must be unique within a query batch or stored procedure.
