service - Why cant I use MYSQL?

Question

I installed MYSQL however when trying to start it I have this error:

ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)".

So I looked it up and it said something about manually starting MySQL in the services because it had been disabled for some reason. However, when I go to services, MYSQL is not there.

Why isn't it there?
