Is the GPU actually used with fastai at Kaggle?

Question

I'm running a fastai notebook for an image classification challenge, but even though the GPU is turned on and the meter is running, the GPU is not being used as can be seen in the screenshot below:

I've checked the following settings, and all seem to point there is a GPU available…

Why doesn't the GPU show any signs of actually working ?
