android - Is it possible to use OpenCV to create an offline image tracker that works just like the Vuforia/ARCore image tracking?

I understand that OpenCV is capable of extracting the feature points from an image, and also compare that with other images for finding a match..

I need to know if a simple library can be built on top of OpenCV to make it work just like the existing image tracking solutions.
