kubernetes - Azure ACS cluster

Question

I have an old ACS cluster used to proxy traffic to some other destination, I keep it because the IP addresses it holds are important. I understand that ACS is about to become unsupported and would like to know whether it means my cluster will be terminated upon that date. If so - what are my alternatives? I'd like to keep these load balancer's IP addresses and just stream traffic hitting this addresses to some other destination.
