powerbi - Dax for multiple condition column

Question

I have to create an addition column: Invoice

I want to filter by criteria (MONTH PAYMENT,Resume Date and Settle Date)

1. 1st filter conditions : Include MONTH PAYMENT: ( All month name until April-20)
2. 2nd Filter condition : Include all dates except( Jan-20,Feb-20 and Mar-20)
3. 3rd Filter Condition: Include all dates except( Jan-20,Feb-20 ,Mar-20 and April)

as of April

Currently, I'm doing manual filtering for those conditions

Please see the attached example as a summary of what I am expecting

Then I can use the slicer based on the new column.
