swift - Know the size of a specific item

Question

I would like to know how can I vary the size of a block (a rectangle) according to the number of lines of text inside it? I would like to know if there is something like GeometryReader but which gives the size of a specific element instead of the screen size? And if it's possible to do this as well but with a picture instead of text?
