environment variables - How to include a config for a seperate project when used reserved URLs with Firebase

Question

I'm trying to create a duplicate project that I can use for development that is seperate from my production project. However, I can't figure out how to control the project config that the reserved URL sdks are initialised with.

Ideally I would set up an environment variable that would be set to Dev if I wanted to work in my Dev project and this would automatically initialise the reserved URL sdks using the config of the secondary dev project rather than the production.
