CoinBase Commerce exchange rate issue

Question

I have an issue with Coinbase commerce pulling the wrong rate for Serbian Dinar currency. It negatively affects my business daily and I am trying to see who could be the right person to report this issue. We have reported it last week, but no response from anyone in support. Thanks
