I'm using Bootstrap with Sass and using Webpack with laravel mix to convert my app.scss file to app.css. File it does work my issue is enqueuing the style into my wordpress site.
<?php
function load_stylesheets() {
wp_register_style("stylesheet", get_template_directory_uri() . '/style.css', "", 1, "all");
wp_enqueue_style("stylesheet");
wp_register_style("custom", get_template_directory_uri() . '/app.css', "", 1, "all");
wp_enqueue_style("custom");
}
add_action("wp_enqueue_scripts", "load_stylesheets");
function load_javascript() {
wp_register_script("custom", get_template_directory_uri() . "/app.js", "jquery", 1, true);
wp_enqueue_script("custom");
}
add_action("wp_enqueue_scripts", "load_javascript");
I just want to be able to change the colour of my header to see if it works. I had gotten it working but it was somehow conflicting with my bootstrap generated app.css file and I deleted it and tried again.
I have a default style.css that works if I remove the custom style but I want to be able to write sass in my app.scss which using webpack create an app.css file and then I enqueue that into my wordpress site.
TIA
