ModuleNotFoundError when importing ospybook to plot spatial data

Question

Whenever I run the following code given below, an error ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'ospybook', though I have installed the necessary gdal and ogr modules.

Does anyone know the reason behind this, would be grateful for your help. Thank you in advance.

os.chdir(r'D:osgeopy-dataglobal')
from ospybook.vectorplotter import VectorPlotter
vp = VectorPlotter(True)
vp.plot('ne_50m_admin_0_countries.shp', fill=False)
vp.plot('ne_50m_populated_places.shp', 'bo')
