windows - Automatically time shift

There is a problem with a machine in our domain. Time is always set on it. I don't know why. I looked at the affected computer for Group Policy. Nothing is set.

I tried using the w32tm / resync command, but I got the answer that it can't sync due to slow response time. I checked the time settings and the wrong time zone was set. I set it to the good timezone but it didn’t improve.

After a restart however, time recovered and showed a good time.

I've already checked the event viewer and didn't see just one post about it. enter image description here

This has been repeated several times. I want to avoid time shift later. I don't know where to start the investigation.

Do you have any ideas?
