linux - Using other websites domain name

Question

I am a linux user. I have a static ip, so is it possible to host dns? I want like ,if someone browse my ip like

http://172.182.12.1 (example)

It should show them after loading as

mydomain.com (example)

and show my webpage index.html situated in my pc (/var/www/html/index.html)
