Copy zend project to local test server

Question

I'm developing a feature for a website that runs on the Zend framework. There are no tests written and there is also no proper development environment set up in any kind of form. Besides that I'm also not too experienced with Zend. My general idea was to copy the site and create the corresponding databases to the existing models. There are dozens of models though and also I'm not sure what else comes to light in that process, perhaps I'm missing something.

So essentially my question is, is there an easy way to copy a medium to large sized Zend website to a local test server?
