The Pi4 has this nice feature like the Pi Zero that it can be a USB-Device.
What i want to do with it: make my pi behave like it is my Printer.
so that my windows can't tell the difference. Plug out the real printer, plug in the Pi.
I than want to process the data send by the pc via a python script to store the data as a file.
I found the examples for turning the usb to a ethernet port or a mass-storage. but I don't know how I can get the pi to pretend it is a printer/or any custom device.
Why do I want to do this?
- mainly because I can/want to :)
- to understand more about how things work
Has anyone some information or a hint for me?
