prevent worker dyno to sleep in heroku (hobby plan)

Question

How do you prevent a worker dyno to sleep in heroku with a hobby plan? Thought it wouldn't sleep in hobby, only in free? The worker runs a node.js script continuous, but after a while it stops. 20-30mins maybe.
