ibm cloud - IBM Cognos Embedded dashboard dynamic filtering based on ACL

Question

I created a dashboard with IBM Cognos Embedded dashboard in Watson Studio. Within the Watson Studio project I also have an asset called ACL with the list of all authorized users along with their "Country". This with the mean of ultimately showing only Country data to users based on the Country reported in the ACL. In fact, I wished to ask userid first to then show users with data relevant to their Country only, by dynamically applying a filter to the Country in the cognos dashboard based on the userid who is accessing.

May you suggest best way to proceed? Thanks in advance
