openstreetmap - Nominatim: get administrative type / boundary class only

Question

I am using nominatim to geocode my search requests. For most of the test search requests I made that worked fine and I got the boundarys I expected, but i just realized when I search for Berlin it returns a point instead of the boundarys as first response. Is there a way to always get administrative type /boundary class first?

This is what my current request looks like:

https://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/search?q=berlin&format=json&polygon_geojson=1&limit=1&polygon_threshold=0.001
