python 3.x - ValueError: invalid literal for int() with base 10: 'oice1.'

I am working on a problem where i am extracting information from invoices. For that one of the step is the assign the keys for the images. While doing that i am getting the below error. Please find below the code ,

keys = list(images_text.keys())
new_keys = [int(k[4:-4]) for k in keys]
new_keys.sort()
ValueError: invalid literal for int() with base 10: 'oice1.'

The values for keys are : ['invoice1.png', 'invoice2.png', 'invoice3.png']

Please let me know what i am missing, thanks
