elasticsearch - Unable to load the trend charts in ALM Octane Dashboard

Question

While loading the trend charts in Octane Dashboard, getting error: "no such index", in octane logs, getting this error: Indexing backup events failed for 10 events, event store backup failed record ids[id list].

More than one event_store index present in ES node. The issue is with index having less docs and size volume.

p.s. New to ALM Octane and elastic search usage.
